Friends of Vista Hill ‘thank-you for being a friend’ at annual fashion show


Friends of Vista Hill introduced a tribute to the “Golden Girls” on Could 6 at the City & Country Resort & Convention Centre for its 30th luncheon and vogue demonstrate. The event started with procuring from several nearby boutiques and stores. The visitors came and shopped right up until they dropped obtaining clothing, jewelry, and other specialties.

This calendar year, the co-chairs were being Barbie Spinazzola and Maureen Sage. The mistress of ceremonies was Rory Devine. The theme for the day was “Thank You for Being A Close friend!” This was a tribute to the 1980s Television show “Golden Women.”

Gretchen Productions developed and directed the manner display. The runway revealed the most up-to-date trend developments from local boutiques and Macy’s in Manner Valley.

The opening segment was a dance amount with all the models dressed to impress in all white which includes Gretchen Burns. Her signature has constantly been to surface in the to start with number singing and dancing. She has been choreographing for the past 45 yrs in Southern California, Hawaii, and Mexico.

One of the standouts was the bohemian variations from Satori. Yet another group-pleaser was a section with Sprit, Derick, Brinja, and Blaze. These furry canine styles strutted their 4 paws on the runway and delighting the viewers.

The grand finale showed off eveningwear in wonderful shades of mauve, blush, and silver. Incorporating to the excitement on the runway was Andria Elam, Mrs. California 2021. As this entertaining display concluded, the guests returned to continue browsing in the boutiques.

Vista Hill’s mission is to supply mental/behavioral wellbeing, instructional, and social services to increase family members and men and women. This calendar year, the beneficiary was Stein Instruction Middle Adult Providers “Golden Family” Method.

April 8-Oct. 2 – “Fold, Twist, Tie.” This is a Paper Bag Hat show by moses at the Mingei International Museum in Balboa Park.
